Nowadays, I think besides my higher expectation as always, I find younger people, like those born in the mid 80s or 90s.....they are not working as hard as our generation. And I am not sure if that has anything to do with the type of education system they have, they are not resourceful, do not think beyond the needs of the job and like SOPs a lot. If you ask them to think out of the box, it is hard.....I am not sure why.
And for the last 5 months, having travelled for more than 18 cities and 10 countries together, I can see that in general, that phenomenon is happening, and taking a real place in our society....
Just a kind of my on remark, have to investigate further.
