Seems like this is very easy to bake, very tasty and successful rate is very high and all my friends and relatives like it. So I just want to keep this as a record here for the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, about 125 gm
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 large ripe bananas, about 320 gm
- 60 gm melted butter (I use margarine)
- 100 gm sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 125 ml milk
- 240 gm cake flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
