Made this cheesecake.. 1st trial (copied most mostly from Christines' recipe)
150gm of whipping cream
mango-enough for a cake, mix with lemon juice
biscuit, plus butter
- 120 gm Marie biscuits
- 70 gm butter, melted
- 250 gm cream cheese block, room temperature
- 55 gm caster sugar
- 30 ml hot water
- 1 mango, peeled and sliced
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 2 tsp lime juice
Taste good, and I am glad I made this. Will try this out the next time around.
