It's the Longmen Grottoes 龙门石窟 in Luoyang. A UNESCO world natural heritage and a very important Buddisht art creation dating back to Northern Wei 北魏 Dynasty ( Buddhism was the official religion then)
Unfortunately, the place has been heavily destructed during 1930s to 40s and many of the statue or artistic crafts were robbed to western countries and Japan. Therefore, one has to go to museums in UK, USA or Japan to see the missing parts of 龙门石窟
